Scope of project:

Freedom is a large-format furniture and homewares retailer, with more than 60 stores of this well-known brand operating throughout Australia and New Zealand. We were engaged as the electrical contractor for the tenancy fit-out at Freedom’s store at Cockburn East, in the southern suburbs of Perth.

We worked hand-in-hand with the builder and all other trades to make sure that this project would be completed on time, on budget, and, as always, to the client’s satisfaction. Our scope for this particular fit-out was extensive as it included the delivery of multiple services for the building: electrical, lighting, data, controls, people counters and audio-visual.

As expected, our skilled team met this challenge in every department, and we achieved an outcome that satisfied Freedom’s stringent requirements. The quality of the fit-out meant that all systems were operational and functioning properly from day one.

As Freedom operates to tight timelines when opening stores, it was essential that we adhered to the agreed schedule. This was achieved through meticulous planning and project management, with this assignment being delivered in under four weeks, and to a project value of approximately $60k.
