Infrared Services was engaged by RAAFA to design, install, commission, and provide ongoing maintenance and service for a fully integrated automated meter reading system with billing capability. The estate includes more than 240 independent living units (ILUs), common facilities, and a 90 bed aged care facility.

We designed the system from the ground up, and it was fully installed and integrated on site in under 4 weeks. The system has now been operational for more than 18 months, monitoring over 250 metering points across a large estate.
